Subscriptions and billing

Paid memberships are offered through Patreon. Patreon is the merchant of record: payment, billing cycles, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Patreon under Patreon's own terms of use and refund policies. Prices are shown on our Patreon page at the time of joining. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

For memberships purchased through Patreon, refund requests are handled under Patreon's refund policy. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at contact@tsukiyoresearch.com and we will assist with the process.

Geographic availability

Subscriptions are not available to residents of the European Union or the European Economic Area. This restriction applies regardless of the payment platform used. Orders identified as originating there may be cancelled and refunded.

Licence and redistribution

Content is licensed to the individual subscriber. Internal redistribution within an organisation requires a Team licence. Please contact us for multi-seat terms.

We provide information and analysis only. We are not a registered investment advisor and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your subscription. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
